Return & Refund Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from However, we understand that there are times when you will need to return items to us. We have tried to make this as easy and as hassle free as possible for you.

Cancellation of Orders

We will not entertain cancellations for order that is confirmed and paid.

Order will only be cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame.


Return Policy Conditions and Requirements

You may only apply for the return, refund and exchange of the Item in the following circumstances: 

  1. The Item has not been received by you; 
  2. The Item was defective and/or damaged due to poor handling while on delivery; 
  3. We have delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to you; and
  4. We have delivered an item that does not working and/or in faulty.
  5. Claim for returns must be done within seven (7) calendar days from the date of goods received.
  6. You MUST have proof of purchase (Invoice & Dispatch Note). For all types of claims, please attach our original invoices and dispatch note together with your product(s) while returning to us.
  7. Kindly ensure that upon return, all items/goods must be in new condition, unused, unopened, unassembled and returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from, along with all original accessories intact (including manuals & labels) and any free gifts received with it.
  8. Refund items that does not meet these criteria will not be entertained. We will NOT ACCEPT for EXCHANGE or REFUND any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).
  9. Please note that returns policy does not apply on promotional items and textile products such as towel, bed sheet, comforter and etc.


You MUST contact us by email or submit for a claim via “Contact Us” to informed and confirmed which items are being returned. You MUST ensure the returned goods complying and meeting with our Return Policy Conditions and Requirements.


You will be requested to return the goods by reliable Courier Company delivery (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

The returned goods/products will be checked and subject to approval by before proceeding with either REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT.


Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the goods, (unless the item is faulty).
