Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
A: Simply log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
A: It's easy! Simply follow the following steps:
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order with us is both easy and secure. You can choose either to place an order online (www.temadeko.com) or over the phone during our office hours.
Ordering online:
- Simply browse through our shop and select the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products. We accept payment via online banking, credit or debit card.
- You'll reach a login page where you need to login your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account with us before you can proceed with your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next, you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

If choosing to order by phone, we input your card details directly into a secure payment terminal, offering a safe way of taking sensitive information. Using this payment method, we accept all major debit and credit cards.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
A: All product prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of delivery cost.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to the prices we have previously sold the same product.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Q: Can I still place an order without creating an account?
A: Yes, you can.
We completely understand that not everyone wants to create accounts with websites to place orders.
By default, our website does not require you to have an account to checkout and complete your order. We only hold enough information to be able to deliver your order.
Alternatively, is to simply WhatsApp us your order detail or give us a call and we will process your order over the phone.

Q: How much does postage cost?
A: You may obtain an estimate of Postage costs while placing an online order by choosing estimate shipping & taxes options.
Q: How does the free postage work?
A: It's easy! The free delivery applies to orders that comes with valid coupon while placing an order. If your order qualifies then we will deliver your order for free!
Q: Do you deliver products internationally?
A: Yes, we do! We will happily deliver our products anywhere in the world. If you have any questions about this, visit the contact us page and send us an email.
Q: How do you deliver orders?
A: We use Courier Company to send out your order.
Q: Can you deliver urgently?
A: We don't as standard, but we are sure that any special delivery requirements you have can be accommodated. Visit the contact us page and simply get in touch to let us know what your requirements are.
Q: I think my product(s) got lost in the post, what do I do?
A: Visit the contact us page and send us an email with your order number so that we can try and track down where your order got to. We will be in touch with you shortly afterwards to let you know what to do.
Q: I have just placed an order - when will it be shipped?
A: Provided the items you have purchased are in stock, all orders are normally shipped, despatched or delivered to you within two (2) working days of order receipt by us. We use Courier Company Order Tracking Number to help notify you of your order shipping status - keep an eye on your account to see when your order is shipped.

Exchange & Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from temadeko.com. However, we understand that there are times when you will need to return items to us. We have tried to make this as easy and as hassle free as possible for you.

Q: Can I return a faulty item?
A: Hopefully you should never receive a faulty item, but if you believe something isn't quite up to scratch then of course you may return it. Please view and read our return policy.
Simply visit our Contact Us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it.
We will reply with instructions and address details for returning the product. This will ensure that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if necessary, refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock.
You have 7 calendar days from receiving the item to tell us about the faulty, but the sooner the better. Any postage costs associated with returning your order will also be refunded.
Q: Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable?
A: Following are the non-returnable items:
- In the Interests of HYGIENE ITEMS, such as towel, bed sheets, pillows, comforter.
- Once Used: All electrical appliances, mattresses and assembled furniture.
- Items which contain a security seal that has been broken or tampered with.
- If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.
Q: Do I have to pay for shipping when I return my purchase?
A: We believe that in order to provide the best online shopping experience, our customers should NOT have to pay for return shipping for faulty products upon arrival.
temadeko.com will verify and assess the return reason and subject to approval may arrange a free return pick-up for you if you contact us within seven (7) calendar days upon receiving the goods.
We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Q: What is the returns process?
A: Requisition of returns must be submitted to temadeko.com “Contact Us” and fill the “Message/Feedback” column within seven (7) calendar days starting from the day the goods are received. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
- You received the wrong item in your package.
- You received the wrong size in your package.
- You received the wrong colour in your package.
- You received a defect item in your package.
Refund & Cancellations
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
A: We will not entertain cancellations for order that is confirmed and paid.
Order will only be cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame.
