www.temadeko.com currently ships within MALAYSIA only. Upon checkout, select “Delivery” and fill in the correct address, contact & name for parcel to deliver to. Order/ Delivery status able to keep track on “MY ACCOUNT”.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver orders across Malaysia via Courier Company every WORKING DAY from MONDAY to FRIDAY.

Orders are normally shipped, despatched or delivered to customer within two (2) working days of order receipt by us and subject to completion of packing and handling from temadeko’ s store/warehouse. Next, Courier Company would take 3-5 days to reach customer within Malaysia. Goods normally would take maximum seven (7) working days to reach your door step. However, please allow some delay for unexpected circumstances.

For Self-Collection, please visit our Contact Us page where you will find all the details on how to get in touch and let us know in advance your intention or simply walk-in to our store in person.

Delivery Packing

Our quality control team will have a thorough check before order being send out. Well-secured packaging will be applied to every product sent.

Delivery & Shipping Regulations

It is the customer’s obligation to provide the correct information (delivery address, contact & receiver detail) upon checkout. temadeko.com is not obligated to resend the parcel to the correct address on our expenses.

When receiving the parcel, please check before signing the consignment, in case there are any loss/damage during the delivery process.
